2020 Parents & Couples Gift Guide
Happy Monday, friends! I’m excited to share today’s gift guide, the Parents & Couples gift guide because it’s so fun. Honestly, I would be beyond thrilled if anyone gifted these to Rob and I 🙂 these are great gifts for the couples in your life, especially parents who will love some of these cute, sentimental gifts!
- Compact Swivel Cheese & Tapas Board
This cheese board does it all! I love that it has multiple pinch bowls and comes with cheese knives. This would be a perfect gift for the couple that loves a wine and cheese night! - Rifle Paper Co. Weekly Meal Planner
Selfishly, I wish someone would buy this for ME because I love making our dinner menu each week. This is such a cute planner pad and saves you from the dreaded question of “what’s for dinner???” - Digital Photo Frame
This would be such a great idea for grandparents or parents who you haven’t seen in a while. You could load pictures on it for them, so it’d be a nice little surprise 😉 it’s also nice because you don’t have to worry about printing photos and can change them out as often as you like! - Stainless Steel Cocktail Stirrer Spoon Gold
My parents have adopted a quarantine hobby of bartending, and although their home bar setup rivals some actual bars I’ve been to, this would make a great gift for the novice bartender! I love the gold accents and would love to add it to my bar cart for a touch of classic elegance. Pair this with a bottle of spirits and some mixers and you’ve got a great gift for the home bartender! - Crosley Voyager Turntable
This would make a great gift for parents! Pick this up and a few of their favorite albums on vinyl and you’ve got yourself a great gift. My parents actually got me a turntable for Christmas a few years ago, and it’s such a nice thing to have when entertaining or having the aforementioned wine and cheese night. - Ridley’s 1000-Piece Donut Lovers Jigsaw Puzzle
Puzzles are one of the great quarantine past times, and I especially love these fun illustration ones that you could literally frame and hang in your home as art. Personally, I’m a huge donut fan and would LOVE to have this hanging in my house! - “Eight Dates: Essential Conversations for a Lifetime of Love” by John Gottman and Julie Schwartz Gottman
This book is essential for any couple! Rob and I worked our way through it earlier this year and it has been a game-changer in how we communicate. Each chapter is a date with a specific discussion topic. This is also a great book to read now, when we’re all spending time at home with our partners and might need more help keeping that spark up amongst the mundane of day-to-day life in a freakin’ pandemic 🙂 - KitchenAid Black Matte K400 Variable Speed Blender
Hi, if you’re reading this and looking for a gift for me, look no further 😉 every home needs a good blender. We make a lot of smoothies, soups, cashew cheese, and blended coffee over here, and this blender can do it all! I also feel like a new blender is something a couple would rarely buy for themselves unless absolutely necessary, but this would make such a thoughtful gift! - Outdoor Beer Table
My parents live on a few acres and love being outside, especially during the summer. During this past summer, we went over for a few socially distant gatherings and one of our favorite things to do as a family is play cornhole! As I mentioned, my parents also love mixing cocktails and have been known to enjoy a craft beer or two, so this would make a perfect gift for them! - The Anniversary Journal
Had to finish on a sappy note 🙂 this is such a cute journal for the couple in your life to document all of life and love’s special moments. I love the idea of completing this as a couple and creating new memories in the process!
I hope you guys enjoy these ideas for gifts for the couples in your life – parents, grandparents, in-laws, or even engaged or married friends. I think this might be my favorite gift guide because they’re all creative and fun ideas.
