2020 Foodie Gift Guide
It’s the holiday season! This is my favorite time of year, although things definitely look and feel different this year. Rob and I went to my parents’ last year and this year, we’re staying home and making our own new tradition, just the two of us 🙂 although I’ll miss our family time, I know this is what is in the best interest of us, our parents, and everyone’s health!
Even though we may be apart in distance this year, that doesn’t mean we can’t still exchange gifts, whether it’s a curbside drop-off or sending through the mail! I wanted to create a few different holiday gift guides for different people in your life and will be posting one each week for the next few weeks!
This week is the FOODIE GIFT GUIDE! I’ve really expanded my skills in the kitchen over the past couple years and these items are things any home cook will love, whether it’s a gadget to make their life easier, or something to give them a little inspiration! Having quality kitchen tools makes cooking way more fun and more of an experience.
- Tramontina Dutch Oven
My parents bought me this dutch oven for Christmas a few years ago and I love it! I use it so often to make soup or even roast a chicken! Having a high quality dutch oven is a must for every home cook – they are so versatile! - Zyliss Frother
I got this frother a few months ago and I truly don’t go a day without using it. I love that it is super small and doesn’t take up much space, so I can even travel with it once we can travel again, ha! - Hearth & Hand with Magnolia Whisk & Spoon Set
This set is so cute and a perfect stocking stuffer for the cook in your life! I think the wood detailing is such a clean and classic look, you can’t go wrong! - Ninja Foodi 9-in-1 Pressure Cooker and Air Fryer
Rob and I got this Ninja Foodi when we moved into our new apartment and have not gone a week without using it. If the person on your list has been wanting a pressure cooker and air fryer, this is the perfect combo gift! It is on the larger side but given how much it does, it takes up less space than a pressure cooker, air fryer, and slow cooker combined! - Wilton Cookie Scoop
If you know someone that loves to bake and they don’t have a cookie scoop yet, you NEED to get them one! It’s truly life changing, especially for cookies that have a stickier dough. This would also make a great stocking stuffer. - Hamilton Beach 10 Cup Food Processor
This food processor really does it all! My favorite part is the bowl scraper, because there is nothing worse than having to stop processing to scrape down the sides – this does it for you! Plus it’s super affordable but so high quality. - Our Place Always Pan
Okay, normally I would never spend this much on a pan, but this pan is on a huge Black Friday promo right now! Use the code SUPERSALE to get this pan for $95 vs. the normal price of $145. I ordered the lavender color as a gift to myself 😉 a lot of my friends have this pan and say it is worth the hype! - Hearth & Hand with Magnolia Stoneware Pitcher
I recently picked up this pitcher to serve our Thanksgiving cocktail in and I was so impressed with the quality. If you’re shopping for someone who loves to bartend or entertain, this would make a great gift! You could also use it as a vase so it’s super versatile. - The Defined Dish Cookbook
If I could only buy one cookbook for everyone in my life, it’d be this one. I’ve been a huge fan of Alex Snodgrass’ blog, The Defined Dish, for years now and her cookbook has quickly become one I reach for every single week. The entire cookbook is easy weeknight dinners, so it’s a go-to for anyone who wants quick, healthy dinners! Even the recipes I thought sounded a little basic turned out SO amazing and flavorful! - KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer
If you’re REALLY trying to impress someone, this is the gift LOL! I got one as a gift several years ago as a Christmas gift and it’s still one of my favorites. For someone who bakes regularly, this is such an amazing gift and also just looks so good on the counter! If you’re looking to do one splurge for the foodie in your life or go in on a gift with some other folks, this would be so thoughtful!
I hope this gift guide gave you some inspiration for shopping for the foodie in your life! I had so much fun putting it together and can’t wait to do more. If you have any questions about these items, what I think of them, or buy any, let me know in a comment below! Happy holidays!
